Strategic Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Broadcast Music, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our reach and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
