Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in the healthcare market
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales strategies remain effective and competitive
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
