Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Patient Interaction: Evaluate incoming calls to determine appropriate actions based on patient needs and information.
  • Patient Communication: Engage with patients, sales representatives, and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner through various communication channels.
  • Appointment Management: Conduct reminder calls to patients and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for their visits.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with care teams to support overall patient health outcomes and maintain a positive patient experience.
  • Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments, manage electronic records, and ensure patient charts are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, with at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Familiarity with electronic medical records and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish, English/Arabic, or English/Mandarin) may be required based on site needs.

  • Capability to interpret diverse instructions.
  • Strong customer service etiquette.
  • Effective interaction with patients and clinic personnel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets and databases.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $22.00-$28.75 per hour, commensurate with experience.
