Role Summary: In the capacity of a Healthcare Call Center Representative, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our patients receive the essential care and support they require. Acting as the initial point of contact, you will address patient inquiries, provide pertinent information, assist with appointment scheduling, and guide them through the healthcare journey. Your outstanding communication abilities and empathetic demeanor will contribute to a positive experience for our patients and their families.

Qualifications:
Healthcare Call Center Representative I:
- Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Healthcare Call Center Representative II:
- Minimum one year of experience in a call center or healthcare patient services.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English is mandatory.
