- Leadership Experience: Prior supervisory or management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Licensing: Willingness to obtain the Branch 2 Field Representative license through the State of California - Structural Pest Control Board within the first 60 days of employment.
- Work Schedule: Availability to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays and flexible summer hours.
