Senior Escrow Specialist

United One Escrow Inc is in search of a dynamic and seasoned Escrow Officer to join our professional team.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in escrow operations. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing all phases of the escrow process, from initial intake through to the successful closing and funding of title orders.
We seek a self-motivated individual who can work autonomously while efficiently juggling multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines and consistently surpass client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of both state and federal regulations as well as industry standards.
Exceptional commission opportunities are available for those who can bring their own established client base.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- The Escrow Officer will be expected to maintain and grow their own profitable client portfolio while also managing company-generated business.
- Provide leadership and support to the escrow team, including training and mentoring.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Enhance the reputation of the escrow team and the company by taking ownership of new and diverse requests and actively seeking ways to add value.
- Engage potential clients through outreach, follow-ups, and service explanations.
- Accountable for consistently achieving production targets.
- Maintain a positive attitude, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit.
- A minimum of 5 years of escrow experience is mandatory.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed.
- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, mortgage financing, title commitments, and title insurance is essential.
- Candidates must successfully pass all required background checks.
- Experience with Manufactured Home or Bulk Sale Escrow is advantageous.
