Are you an experienced Owner Operator looking for a reliable partner to boost your earnings?

Yes We Can Transportation guarantees weekly numbers, with a minimum gross pay of $6,500, $7,000, and $7,000 for Dry Van, Refer, and Flatbed respectively, based on 3,000 miles.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Owner Operator to join our team as a Transportation Specialist. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting vehicles, equipment, and cargo to ensure safety, legality, and security.
  • Submitting customer paperwork and deposits, including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
  • Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Engaging in daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
  • Being available for work at all times to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

We require:

  • Max truck age: 10 years.
  • No overdimensional trucks allowed.
Orientation Details

Our orientation process includes:

  • Orientation is not paid for.
  • Does not cover accommodation.
  • Drivers get their own room.
  • No meals are included.
  • Orientation is performed partly or in full online.
  • Covers some or all travel expenses.
Hiring Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Class A license.
  • 12 months of OTR experience.
