Key Responsibilities- Clinical Support: Provide expert clinical support to customers, including surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for our endovascular products.
- Product Education: Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of our endovascular products through presentations, demonstrations, and other formats.
- Research and Development: Conduct clinical and library research, participate in case reviews, and observe clinical procedures to stay up-to-date on the latest product developments and industry trends.
- Customer Engagement: Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints, and discuss how our endovascular products can help them achieve their objectives.
- Relationship Building: Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision-makers and facilitate future sales opportunities.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services, and develop creative solutions or work with other teams to resolve issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of related work experience, with demonstrated competency in clinical acumen.
- Travel: Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.
- Patient Interaction: Experience interacting with patients in a lab or operating room environment.
- Technical Certification: Relevant technical certification.
