About the Company

Always Best Care Senior Services, a leading provider of in-home care and senior services, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Care Coordinator - Sales Expansion Specialist to join our team in Torrance, CA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding sales by developing new territories or enhancing existing ones, building and nurturing relationships with local healthcare providers and businesses, and promoting the Always Best Care brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with Local Businesses and Healthcare Facilities: Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, businesses, and community organizations to drive sales and promote the Always Best Care brand.
  2. Nurture Customer Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and closing deals.
  4. Conduct Presentations and Community Outreach: Deliver professional presentations to community groups, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to promote the Always Best Care brand and services.
  5. Participate in Health Fairs and Networking Events: Represent Always Best Care at health fairs, networking events, and other community events to build relationships and promote the brand.
  6. Develop Marketing Opportunities: Identify and pursue marketing opportunities within the community to promote the Always Best Care brand and services.
  7. Measure Marketing Success: Track and report on the success of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong Presentation and Sales Skills: Demonstrate excellent presentation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Understanding of Healthcare Settings: Have a strong understanding of healthcare settings and the needs of seniors and their families.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with insurance.
