Position Overview: Client Care Specialist

The Client Care Specialist plays a vital role in our organization, focusing on expanding our outreach by establishing new connections and enhancing existing partnerships.
This position involves cultivating and maintaining relationships to generate sales leads, with an emphasis on marketing to local healthcare providers and businesses to elevate the Always Best Care brand.
We are looking for an individual who is articulate, presents themselves well, and excels in engaging both professional and community audiences.
This role requires daily in-person marketing, community demonstrations, and delivering professional presentations, primarily in the field.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Engage with local businesses and healthcare organizations to drive sales.
  2. Foster customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
  3. Meet or exceed sales objectives.
  4. Conduct presentations for community groups and professionals.
  5. Participate in health fairs and networking opportunities.
  6. Seek marketing opportunities within the community.
  7. Build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  8. Evaluate marketing effectiveness and report findings to management.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the goal-setting process for Always Best Care.
  2. Provide ongoing customer service support.
  3. Perform assigned tasks as necessary.
