PEO Sales Manager

ExtensisHR, a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is seeking a highly skilled PEO Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with benefit brokers, and driving revenue growth in the Nashville Metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell and market Extensis' services to small and mid-sized businesses through the Insurance Agent and Broker Channel
Develop and maintain strong relationships with benefit brokers and other key stakeholders
Collaborate with the sales department and marketing team to implement strategic sales and networking techniques
Work closely with sales operations to complete all submissions and proposals to a close
Requirements:
Proven track record of strategic sales experience in the Nashville Metro market
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to learn and understand new offerings
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Goal-oriented and able to consistently achieve or exceed quota
