Managed IT Sales Executive

Novatech, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managed IT Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek out new Managed IT opportunities and expand existing ones to build and manage the pipeline
- Making sales calls to current and prospective Managed Office customers to identify problems
- Partnering with VP, Managed IT on continual business development processes
- Maintaining knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position Novatech's products and services
- Building sales readiness and reduce client learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of specialization
- Establishing a professional working and consultative relationship with the customer, by developing a core understanding of their unique business needs
- Contributing to proposal development, QA verification, negotiations and deal closings
- Working closely with and supporting Business Technology Advisors / Sales Managers, providing technical expertise and support, and participating in client engagements up to C- level engagements for more complex solutions in smaller accounts
- Performing functional/configuration analysis and project requests
- Designing and documenting data flows, processes and business rules
- Assisting in training classes and provide support as needed for all sales and service personnel
- Setting the stage for a smooth handoff from Sales to Service with new clients
You'll be a great fit if:
- You have a solid background in building relationships and a passion for selling and providing top-tier business technology solutions to your clients
- You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience and a Bachelor's degree
- You have experience in Managed IT or Managed Office sales and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn
- You have strong interpersonal and social skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
