GMS, a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is seeking high-energy individuals with a proven track record of success in sales to join our Outside Sales Team.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting new business and handling the sales process from cold call to contract.
- Meeting with top-level decision makers to present and educate them on GMS's services.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive revenue.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- A strong understanding of sales principles and strategies, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
