Job Title: District Sales Manager

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major accounts, including Lowe's, Home Depot, and ABC Supply.
  • Conduct product knowledge training and special order sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain customer-specific focused marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Track and report sales activities and progress to management.
  • Attend regional trade shows and events to promote Cornerstone Building Brands products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales record with a focus on new business development.
  • Experience in roofing sales or building products sales preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds.
