In light of our substantial growth over the past year, we are expanding our Inside Sales team and are in search of a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join us and thrive alongside our organization.

This individual will be instrumental in broadening the Rand Worldwide footprint within our existing client base by presenting our unique solutions to current customers.

We seek a self-driven, energetic, competitive, adaptable, and intellectually curious individual who is collaborative and eager to discover new business opportunities while fostering long-term relationships.

As a vital member of a dynamic territory sales team, you will be tasked with managing, nurturing, and expanding a current customer portfolio.

Your success will hinge on your ability to organize, prioritize, and engage effectively with your portfolio of business (POB).

Moreover, a successful Field Sales Executive will possess the capability to identify, prioritize, and target accounts within your POB, comprehend client needs and requirements, cultivate strong relationships, and coordinate multiple internal and external resources to drive deals to closure.

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to enhance our team.

Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role in both nurturing and expanding our Rand Worldwide presence within a defined and targeted customer base.

You will be responsible for driving sales and broadening our customer base within your designated territory.

Through your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their unique business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish, cultivate, expand, and maximize business relationships
- Identify unmet needs, efficiency opportunities, and workflow challenges through a consultative approach
- Strategically sell respective solutions, related value, and the positive impact that Rand Worldwide's services and products can deliver
- Prioritize and plan tactically each day based on potential and urgency
- Lead sales discoveries, develop presentations and proposals
- Facilitate strategy sessions related to accounts and opportunities with internal teams
- Collaborate across the Rand Worldwide enterprise to develop and secure business
- Formulate, execute, and update an action plan and KPIs for ongoing business
- Utilize innovative methods to document current and future activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales
- Efficiently leverage all available sales efficiency tools, professional and social media platforms to generate access, awareness, and engagement
- Take full responsibility for continuously educating yourself, developing professionally, and creatively navigating current and future industry changes
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Compensation
- Base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
- Year 1 Compensation (base salary + commissions): $75,000 - $125,000
