We are looking for a dedicated and personable individual who demonstrates exceptional sales skills to assist customers throughout their purchasing journey. Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers as they enter the dealership.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding vehicles, financing options, and the purchasing process.
  • Accompany clients on test drives to provide a comprehensive experience.
  • Gather necessary documentation in accordance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with the finance department and sales management to explore financing and ownership alternatives for each customer.
  • Reach out to previous customers to ensure their satisfaction with their vehicle purchase.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training.

Language Proficiency

Ability to read and understand simple instructions, brief correspondence, and memos. Proficient in writing basic correspondence. Capable of effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and colleagues.

Mathematical Proficiency

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers.

Licenses and Certifications

Must possess a valid Driver's License.
