Job Overview

Position: Retail Sales Associate

Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday (Weekends off)

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to engage with customers in our showroom. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screening upon a contingent offer.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers effectively.
  • Proactively engage on the sales floor, addressing inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Receive and organize inventory, ensuring product displays are well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to address specific customer needs.
Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Prior experience in a retail sales setting.
  • Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer usage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation

Starting at $18.00 per hour with commission opportunities following a probationary period.
