About the Role

The Women's Sales Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to Key Account management, growing select Specialty and Mini Majors business, along with being an integral part of the Women's Launch Strategy.

This person must have a proven track record of account management, business development, and exhibiting sales growth. They must possess a strong sense for retail math, strong knowledge and relationships in the apparel wholesale industry, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop working relationships with Specialty, E-commerce, and Department Store buyers and teams to maintain daily communication regarding orders, shipping updates, and performance at retail with a sense for driving business and results.
  • Work strategically and proactively to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal selling and profitability results. Proactively communicate and work in-season to maximize results for both Rhone and accounts.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships across planning, finance, operations, merchandising, and sales.
  • Provide consistent updates and recaps on consumer feedback, market trends, product needs, and how you are managing your sales goals.
  • Be a product knowledge expert with the ability to educate new and existing customers both in-person and virtually.
  • Work closely with Finance/Ops to ensure all accounts are in good standing.
  • Work closely with Planning on ATS reporting, quarterly investment buys, and reviews, and to track both internal and customer KPIs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of wholesale experience.
  • Availability to attend all Trade Shows and Markets.
  • Hands-on approach with a high sense of urgency, results, accountability.
  • Full knowledge of retail math and OTB.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel (approx. 25%) and work a flexible schedule.
