Territory Sales Executive

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to enhance our business outreach. In this critical role, you will focus on generating new business by cultivating and nurturing relationships with essential referral partners, including insurance professionals, claims specialists, property management personnel, and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential referral sources to foster new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with insurance agents, claims adjusters, property managers, and other key players.
- Execute and oversee sales initiatives to meet performance metrics and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues and operational teams to drive revenue growth and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to effectively communicate our service offerings and demonstrate our value proposition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and local market conditions to pinpoint growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in sales or business development, ideally within the restoration, insurance, or property management sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record in building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the disaster restoration industry, insurance claims processes, and local market trends.
- Other: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
