Position Overview
The HR Records Administrator is responsible for a variety of tasks centered around the collection, organization, maintenance, validation, retrieval, summarization, and distribution of HR-related documentation.

This role supports multiple business functions, including but not limited to:

  • Processing job applicants.
  • Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Addressing inquiries from external entities, such as government bodies.
  • Assisting workforce requests for verification and other HR-related services.

The HR Records Administrator plays a crucial role in handling requests that necessitate actions involving HR records. This position entails a significant responsibility for receiving, prioritizing, and addressing such requests.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, organize, validate, and maintain employee personnel files.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all personnel file inquiries.
- Ensure personnel files are comprehensive and adhere to organizational standards.
- Supervise the digitization of paper documents and validate that electronic documents are accurately ingested into the HRIS system.

- Compile, review, analyze, and audit a high volume of new hire documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Respond to various requests, including:

  • Clarifying HR policies and procedures.
  • Generating employee documentation as required.
  • Timely responses to employment verification requests.
  • Assisting in data collection for compliance audits.

- Manage incoming mail and correspondence, prioritizing and coordinating resolutions for help requests.

- Maintain a detailed log of issues, tracking priority, status, and due dates.

- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure timely responses and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.

Qualifications
Required:
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF.
- Experience handling highly confidential records.
- Background in customer support or help desk operations.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Compensation: $23.50 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Experience: Leadership experience preferred.

Work Location: In-person
