About the Opportunity
Rippling is seeking a talented sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive, Global. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales. They will be responsible for managing a high-velocity sales cycle, navigating strategic sales processes, and working closely with account managers to leverage existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run sales cycles from discovery and demo to close
  • Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to progress pipeline & accurately forecast revenue
  • Leverage MEDDICC for opportunity qualification
  • Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
  • Work closely with peers across Account Managers and SDR teams to propagate healthy pipeline and white space identification.
