Executive Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate complex travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
- Assist with high-priority projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the CEO's strategic goals.
Required Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team, high level of discretion and professionalism, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Estimated Salary Range: $35-$40/hour.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
