We are seeking a skilled Closing Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Executive Title Company, Ltd. As a Closing Transaction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions.

Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with clients and lenders, prepare all closing documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in title settlement and possess a strong working knowledge of MS Office products. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but prior experience in the industry is highly preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,500 to $82,500 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off, we also provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
