Executive Meeting Coordinator

AES Corporation has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Meeting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Extravehicular Activity and Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP) Office operations in multiple disciplines, including planning and execution of augmented board processes and engagements.
Responsibilities:- Support the Meeting Services team across multiple programs, providing administrative assistance and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Assist in planning and execution of augmented board processes and engagements, collaborating with stakeholders to align objectives, agendas, and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, refine procedures, and leverage technology to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison with executive stakeholders, aligning meeting objectives with organizational goals and addressing challenges to maintain satisfaction.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and board members.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of best practices including application and tool trade studies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Web Ex, SharePoint, Wiki).
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
