About the Role:

The CHIME College of Healthcare Information Management Executives is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to its leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating events, and providing strategic support to achieve business objectives.

$75,000 - $95,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a senior-level role
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
