About Our Job Opportunity

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Burnett Specialists. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Estimated Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management and travel coordination
  • Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Managing business email inbox and responding to emails
  • Drafting and editing company documents and records
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Ad hoc projects and special tasks related to marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
