Executive Office Coordinator

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Burnett Specialists. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Estimated Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management and travel coordination
- Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Managing business email inbox and responding to emails
- Drafting and editing company documents and records
- Event planning and coordination
- Ad hoc projects and special tasks related to marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
