Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Office Coordinator to support our senior leadership team at ChaseSource. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office administration and be able to manage multiple tasks with ease.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include preparing reports, managing travel arrangements, organizing events, and maintaining confidential information.

  • Manage executives' calendars and coordinate appointments
  • Organize meetings, including logistics and document preparation
  • Handle email correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with special projects and maintain confidentiality

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
