At Houston First, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Executive Liaison. As an integral part of our executive office, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars with precision. They will also oversee multiple projects, conduct research, and compile data for business meetings and reports.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. If you have 5 years of experience working with executives or C-suite level individuals, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, and excellent communication skills, then we would love to hear from you.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Requirements:
