We're seeking a like-minded individual to join our team and help us continue to expand our services and support families and individuals nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office and remote operations, including executing administrative tasks and liaising with clients, attorneys, and advisors as the main point of contact.
  • Manage phone calls, respond to client requests via email and telephone, and monitor deadlines.
  • Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, draft correspondence, and make travel arrangements for attorneys and financial advisors.
  • Organize and maintain client files, scan, copy, and file documents in an electronic file management system.
Requirements
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required and basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
