Job Title: Software Sales Professional

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

The Technology Sales Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new clients through various methods, including cold calling, social media, and networking events. This is a hybrid direct hire and quota-carrying sales position requiring 3-5 years of software sales experience, preferably to law firms or in-house legal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and locate new clients using various methods
  • Conduct sales presentations and calls with new and existing relationships
  • Keep a detailed log of activity in Hubspot, the MCS CRM system
  • Leverage legal/software/SaaS experience to educate clients and match services to their needs
  • Meet weekly sales quotas and review the status of your quota at sales huddles

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years software/SaaS experience, selling to law firms and/or corporate legal departments
  • Proven ability to build new territory through networking and active prospect outreach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Ability to work well with a diverse team
