Job Overview
Rand Worldwide, Inc is seeking a skilled Sales Account Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our current customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective relationship building and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and execute targeted account plans
• Utilize CRM software to document and drive activity

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years sales experience with proven ability to manage entire sales process through close
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and CRM usage
• Ability to manage multiple internal and external teams and resources throughout the entire sales process
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, short and long-term disability, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.
