Role Overview
UpGuard is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. If you have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying potential customers, and developing relationships with key decision-makers. You will also be expected to work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus a monthly commission. Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 1-2 years of experience in B2B tech sales as an SDR/BDR, high-level proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, ability to give and receive feedback, high energy, and a willingness to learn. Preferred qualifications include B2B SaaS experience, domain experience in cybersecurity or supply chain information risk, and experience with Hubspot, Outreach.io, or other CRM software.
