Job Summary:
SolidCAM is seeking a highly experienced Director of Sales to lead our North American sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the CAM software industry.

About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with exceptional people management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with customers in the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, they will oversee the onboarding of new sales resources, ensure all team members are trained and certified on SolidCAM products and policies, and contribute to the creation and refinement of sales strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the North American region.
- Manage sales pipelines, identify gaps, and implement recovery plans to meet business objectives.
- Provide accurate quarterly forecasts, working closely with finance and analytics teams to ensure effective resource allocation and marketing ROI.
- Lead onboarding of new sales resources and ensure all team members are trained and certified on SolidCAM products and policies.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of sales strategy.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan and execution.
- Be directly involved in managing and closing the region's largest opportunities.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and/or sales leadership, ideally within the CAM software industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, including pipeline development, conversion tracking, and achieving objectives.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead a dynamic sales team and coordinate across departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels in a fast-paced organization.
- Demonstrated passion for sales, coaching, and personal career development in the technology or manufacturing domain.

Estimated Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
