Responsibilities

  2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients or customers in the designated territory, generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.">
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitors' products to effectively communicate their advantages to clients.">
  4. Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients, tailor presentations to address customer questions or objections.">
  5. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements, close sales deals, and obtain customer commitments.">
  6. Account Management: Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients, encourage new prospects to sign accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and address any issues or concerns promptly.">
  7. Achieving Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and quotas as defined by the company, develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.">
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar outside sales role.">
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.">
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.">
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.">
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.">
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.">
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.">
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.">
