Sales Performance Director Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Performance Director to join our team at DWS Professional Search Group. As a Sales Performance Director, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, improving sales processes, and developing sales teams. You will work closely with the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their targets. Your expertise will help us identify areas for improvement, develop effective sales strategies, and measure sales performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 8+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
$110,000 - $160,000 per year plus bonuses.
