Business Development Manager

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying decision-makers, networking, and managing the sales process. You will also need to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, provide persuasive presentations, and consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:- Make high-volume sales calls daily
- Identify and engage with decision-makers, network, and manage the sales process
- Buid and maintain strong rapport with potential clients over the phone and in person
- Deliver compelling, persuasive presentations
- Organize your workday, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Track interactions and update opportunities in CRM
- Follow up with potential clients to close agreements
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- 1+ year of sales experience in B2B, cold-call sales (preferred)
- Experience using Google and Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and planning skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- 4G/5G smartphone proficiency
- A strong work ethic and desire for success
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for growth and professional development.
