Job Title: Account Manager

Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure all activities are in alignment with regional management plan. They will ensure consistency in technical and customer service levels as well as manage customer relationships by assisting account/technical representatives on sales calls, surveys and recommendations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages existing business for a specified geographic area/customers
- Develops and controls individual customers business plans in coordination with Regional Management
- Provides comprehensive business solutions to provide excellent customer service
- Directly addresses customer's requests, investigates, and resolves customer issues
- Ensures that company solutions interconnect with business systems seamlessly
- Coordinates with Regional Management & Business Development teams to execute sales strategy and generate sales growth
- Ensures mutually agreed promises are delivered during transition period of new business in District or Area
- Supports development of new customer contact plans in coordination with Account Management team
- Keeps an inventory of all company business assets
- Promotes high level of business awareness within the Region and participates in all company business training and rules
- Acts as an integral part of the regional sales expansion efforts
- Manages quality improvement and progress through innovation and business excellence in all areas of the business
- Communicates with key stakeholders, customers, vendors, and personnel to ensure objectives are met
- Manages respective team and deployment
- Implements business management tools, sets targets, and monitors contingency plan for responsible area
- Develops team to full potential, e.g. evaluation, training, coaching, appraising, talent identification, etc.
- Builts and motivates a strong team that delivers value and helps meet objectives
- Executes go-to-market strategy for target industry segments within the frame of global market segment strategy
- Represents Dorf Ketal Energy Services to customers in a professional manner at all times
- Builts and ensures frequent personal contact/relationship with specific customers
- Collaborates with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
- Supports and assists in implementing and maintaining certified management systems ascribed to by Dorf Ketal Energy Services such as ISO 9001. Identifies training needs of personnel. Promotes awareness of risks and opportunities associated with their work. Maintains an understanding of the Quality policy and how they personally contribute to meeting Dorf Ketal Energy Services objectives and goals
- Supports and assists in implementing and maintaining the RCMS program. Identifies training needs of personnel. Promotes awareness of the RCMS guiding principles and Dorf Ketal Energy Services HSSE policy, objectives and goals in addition to how they can contribute to them.
- Other projects as required.

- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving ability with customers, personnel, operations, and business solutions
- Ability to travel moderately to frequently
- Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 3-5 years of experience in oil and gas industry with progressive experience
- Oilfield Chemical Service experience is preferred
