Dynamic Role for Sales Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Upstream Chemicals team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify business growth targets and implement sales plans across the Permian basin, in collaboration with Service Delivery, Field Business Development, and Technology teams.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with engineering, supply chain, and executive personnel at customer regional offices.
  • Prepare commercial proposals for chemical solutions to share with our customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Sales and Service Standards at key customer accounts.
  • Drive the development of short and long-range sales goals in concert with Permian Service Delivery and Sales Management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent, relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum four years of experience in upstream production chemicals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
