Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
360 Talent Avenue is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities in key industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key industries
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
Lead sales negotiations and present customized rental solutions
Monitor key sales metrics and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements:
5+ years of business development experience, preferably in equipment rentals, construction, oil and gas, or industrial sectors
Strong strategic mindset, with expertise in market analysis, business planning, and competitor monitoring
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
