At Spectrum, we're looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions based on performance.

Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory. This includes coax delivered Internet, video, and voice services, as well as custom hosting, desktop security, data backup, data storage, toll-free numbers, additional email addresses, static IPs, and more.

The successful candidate will achieve sales and revenue goals through successful prospecting for new customers and the sale of bundled services to existing customers. They will generate all sales leads through various prospecting tactics and work every lead from initial contact to sale.

The Enterprise Sales Executive will also be responsible for developing and implementing a Territory Plan, which will aim to expand the customer base within their assigned territory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
  • Outside sales experience in a high-transaction, short-closing cycle model;
  • Business-to-business sales experience;
  • A proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets;
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
