Senior Account Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Development Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position with a base salary of $180,000 per annum, plus commission-based residuals. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in energy sales, with a strong understanding of the commercial and industrial market. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM software. A bachelor's degree or associate degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of satisfied clients, achieving new business acquisition and retention targets, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to develop company objectives. They will also be expected to identify customer goals and objectives, recommend appropriate solutions, and maintain regular communication on activity and KPIs with the sales manager.
