Sales and Revenue Growth Professional

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Revenue Growth Professional to join our team at GPAC, an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue growth through various channels.
**Job Summary:**
- Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis based on market research and industry trends.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other practices to meet revenue growth targets.
- Develop and deploy sales/marketing strategies to optimize the company position in the marketplace.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity volume.
- Effectively execute communication of our solutions effectively to a non-insurance buyer.
- Utilize CRM to support the sales process- including input of accurate and timely information relative to first appointments, follow-up's etc.
- Work collaboratively with the account management team to ensure seamless client service.
**Requirements:**
- 5 years' experience in sales or a related field.
- Experience with verticals such as Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Generalist books.
- History of financial success and proven track record of meeting sales targets.
