Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in driving business growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting our comprehensive services in mitigation, restoration, remediation, and large-scale catastrophe response.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively prospect, acquire, and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including insurance professionals, property managers, and business owners, commercial (hospitality, healthcare, education, institutions, multi-family, large loss, and catastrophic).
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and challenges, providing consultative solutions that align with our services in mitigation, restoration, and large-scale catastrophe response.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to our overall revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and operational staff, to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the restoration and construction industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mitigation, restoration, and construction services, including expertise in water, fire, mold, and catastrophic loss.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with clients at various levels.
  • Results-driven: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions.
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams to achieve common goals.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
