Position Overview

As a pivotal figure in our organization, the Lead ERP Program Strategist will spearhead significant ERP initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving transformative change through technology.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:
- Develop and oversee a detailed project roadmap that encompasses scope, timelines, financials, and resource allocation.
- Assemble a dedicated project team, delineate roles, and formulate a robust communication strategy.
- Track project milestones, assess risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate challenges.

Timeline Management:
- Create comprehensive project schedules, pinpoint critical tasks, and manage interdependencies.
- Address any implementation hurdles promptly to ensure project continuity.

Scope Definition:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and validate project requirements.
- Prioritize deliverables and establish clear acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster relationships with executive leadership, departmental heads, IT teams, and end-users.
- Provide regular updates and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Financial Oversight:
- Develop and monitor the project budget, providing insights on any variances.

Risk Assessment:
- Identify potential project risks and devise contingency plans to address them.
- Anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.

Resource Coordination:
- Ensure optimal team composition and liaise with external vendors and contractors.

Change Management:
- Implement strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new ERP systems and processes.

Vendor Relations:
- Manage vendor partnerships to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project standards.

Quality Control:
- Continuously assess project outcomes and refine processes as necessary.

Working Environment
- This role may involve occasional travel and operates under a hybrid work model, balancing office and remote work.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer systems or related fields, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies.
- Proficient understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management tools.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in non-profit sectors and familiarity with specific ERP systems.
