Key Responsibilities

As a Senior UX Strategist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic insights that encompass the full spectrum of users' interactions, motivations, and challenges.
  • Conducting thorough research to understand user needs, tasks, and objectives, leading to the creation of essential artifacts such as personas and journey maps.
  • Visualizing user experiences through design deliverables including site maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design mockups, and prototypes.
  • Executing user research methodologies, including remote usability testing, card sorting, surveys, heuristic evaluations, interviews, and contextual inquiries.
  • Documenting the anticipated user experience through comprehensive materials such as user stories, requirements, functional annotations, and design systems.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a User Experience Designer or in a related role.
  • A degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a comparable field.
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on experience, capable of both executing and leading design initiatives.
  • Proficiency in designing across various devices, from desktop to mobile, and across platforms, including browser-based applications and native mobile apps.
  • Expertise in producing design deliverables such as sitemaps, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch.
  • Experience with research and usability testing tools.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Experience Design process and its interrelated components.

Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability.
