Overview and Responsibilities
We are currently in search of dedicated and professional Account Managers to join Rotech Healthcare Inc.'s successful Sales team.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in respiratory services, durable medical equipment, home healthcare products, negative pressure therapy, or wound care sales to contribute to our growing business.

As a member of the Rotech sales team, you will engage in face-to-face sales interactions, establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, hospitals, sleep laboratories, wound care clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and other referral sources within the medical community.

Your role will also involve meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, educating clients about our offerings, and promoting our services, respiratory equipment, and medications to potential customers.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, an attractive commission structure, bonuses, car and mileage reimbursement, a company mobile phone, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Successful Account Managers have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually through commissions and bonuses.
Qualifications

Employment is contingent on:
Background investigation (company-wide)
Drug screening (when applicable for the position)
Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process, if required
Education and/or Experience
A four-year college degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred
Leadership experience in other areas or fields
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Self-motivated and driven, with a proven track record of success in sales
A desire to thrive in an environment that rewards high performance
A strong team player
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers within the assigned territory
Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
Ability to interpret various forms of communication (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening, and visual)
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail
Self-motivation, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Physical Demands
Ability to lift and carry office equipment as needed
Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking, or listening
Requires close vision for reading small print on computer/tablet and paperwork
Machines, Equipment and Technical Abilities
Understanding of all applicable home medical equipment and supplies
Email communication and transmission
Internet navigation and research
Proficiency in Microsoft applications; Word and Excel
Familiarity with office equipment; fax machine, copier, printer, phone, and computer/tablet
