About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage customer accounts and act as a liaison between our agency and clients. As the key contact for assigned clients, you will be responsible for preserving customer satisfaction through active listening and providing fruitful advice and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forge and build relationships with Brand partners, growing their business within the agency
  • Deeply understand client needs and translate those into effective campaigns in collaboration with our Talent and Campaign Planning team
  • Proactively network to attract new brands
  • Negotiate budgets and deadlines, managing expectations and making detailed reports on performance
  • Empathize with both brands and creators
  • Develop strong and long-term client relationships
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales, prospecting, or account management experience, especially in a marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Experience managing expectations in a two-sided sales environment (matching brands and creators, for example)
  • Experience working with high-profile creators and a deep knowledge of creator content
  • The ability to quickly develop relationships with key stakeholders through empathetic listening and customer service
