Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the Client/Sales Engineering teams responsible for promoting Comcast's High Capacity Ethernet Networks, Internet, Video, and Advanced Voice services to Enterprise/Metro E, Mid-Market, and National Accounts. This role may involve managing a team comprising both exempt and non-exempt personnel. You will provide expert guidance to team members as needed and develop strategies to enhance departmental efficiency while assisting in budget management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a sales engineering team to drive Comcast Business Class sales.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and minimize cycle time.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all Comcast Business Services products and offerings.
- Facilitate collaboration between the sales engineering team and National Engineering and Technical Operations (NETO).
- Manage relationships with external equipment vendors to elevate the expertise of field technical teams.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to strategically position Comcast in the market.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation Overview
The primary pay range for this position is $155,000 to $259,375. The role can be performed in California with a targeted commission of $34,000. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant earnings for those who exceed their sales targets. Comcast is committed to providing competitive base pay based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, along with best-in-class benefits designed to support employees physically, financially, and emotionally.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, Comcast may consider candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
Work Experience
7-10 years of relevant experience is required.
