Job Summary

Brightwing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with potential customers, scheduling and performing product demonstrations, and developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers to increase sales and revenue growth

• Schedule and perform product demonstrations to showcase our products and services

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers

• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales and recommend marketing strategies to target specific regions or demographics

• Generate and submit sales reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

A successful candidate will have excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also have a technical or sales background in a Science, Engineering, Technology, Math or related field, and be willing to travel for trade shows, demonstrations, and client meetings.
