  • Enhance space efficiency: Partner with the Global Workplace Events Program Manager to optimize the use of event spaces for maximum effectiveness.
  • Foster strong collaborations: Oversee vendor partnerships, negotiate advantageous agreements, and collaborate closely with procurement teams.
  • Deliver exceptional assistance: Provide support and direction to team leaders and onsite coordinators, ensuring successful events from inception to conclusion.
  • Evaluate and enhance: Monitor event outcomes, assess data, and create detailed reports to uncover areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant event planning experience
  • Proficient in project or program management
  • Strong vendor management capabilities
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Jira
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
